Privacy at HireAlpha

The short version: your data exists to make your personas useful to you. We do not sell it, we do not advertise against it, and we do not train shared models on it. Deleting your account deletes your data.

What we store

To do their jobs, your personas read the Google data you connect (calendar, mail) and the things you log or text them — sleep, meals, workouts, spending, people you meet, promises, decisions, and pipeline. We store that in your own account's database, keyed to you, so the personas have memory across conversations.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your personal data.
• We never use one customer's data to answer another customer.
• We never read your mail or calendar for our own purposes; access is scoped to making your personas work and is revocable at any time.
• We never send your message content to a third party except the model providers needed to generate a reply, under agreements that prohibit training on it.

Retention and deletion

Logs you create stay until you delete them. If you delete your account, we remove your rows — nutrition, sleep, spending, network, pipeline, decisions, and connected-token records — within 30 days. Email us at hello@hirealpha.chat any time to get a copy or a deletion of your data.
